Beating Blue Monday With Music

Happy Blue Monday.

Someone used fake science to figure out what the most depressing day of the year is and now we acknowledge it and in the process all get sad in unison. 

Depression is very fucking real though and I think most people with honest access to their feelings have felt something similar before. So... if you are sad or depressed or anything... talk to someone. Here is the blog (shattertheshame.com) of a longtime friend and good soul that has been through things and is a living reminder that it gets better.

Creatives can get into their own heads. That's what makes them creative but its also makes them hard on themselves. Don't be too proud to get help. 

I drove down to SOHO with friends this weekend and we listened to some really beautiful stuff so I am going to put that here for you. Lets beat Blue Monday together.
